Call of Duty 3 is the sequel to one of the most popular first person shooters in history. We again find ourselves in the epicenter of the battles of the Second World War. Unlike the previous part, only the campaign on the western front of 15 missions is presented here. Under our control is one of the fighters of the Allied army, which is moving deep into France in 1944 - there are missions for a Canadian, American, British and Polish soldier.
The gameplay remained linear, with an emphasis on staged episodes and the scale of what is happening. Most of the missions are standard, but there are also special episodes - driving a tank, rowing a boat and driving a jeep. There is the possibility of cooperative passage, which significantly diversifies the rather monotonous gameplay in single player mode.
As usual in the series, the main focus is on multiplayer. Many modes to choose from, weapons are also enough. Due to the compactness of the maps, there is a sense of constant action, although the squad is limited to 12 players. There is a division into classes: an attack aircraft, a sniper, a support fighter and a medic are available. You can also get into the equipment and push through the enemy defenses on it. Call of Duty has always been and remains a series at the cutting edge of graphic progress. The picture really looks realistic, which brings the game as close as possible to real combat operations.
