Alien Virus uses a sci-fi setting. The action takes place on the space station Zeus. Pilot Joshua flies to the facility to see local employee Kara. However, inside he does not find either her or any other living soul. The hero is met by an empty hangar and a broken robot. The guy is trying to find his friend and at the same time figure out what really happened here.
Alien Virus is a first-person quest. The protagonist moves around the locations between almost static screens. You can not rotate the camera and turn around. Most of the time in this game you have to wander around the station and do pixel hunting. Riddles also occur, but there are not so many of them. Also here you can communicate with NPCs. During conversations with them, a dialog box pops up with a choice of topics.
There is no free study of locations as such. The main character basically only goes forward and gets into strictly defined places. The hero has an inventory (it displays only 6 positions, so you need to swipe it) and various gadgets. For example: a device that can change the size of objects, or a lamp that drives away alien living creatures that have bred everywhere, which loves darkness and eating people. This game is easy to die for, but it allows you to save and reload frequently.
