An ancient, indescribable darkness has settled under the lands of the Forest of Fear. Nazis and terrorists are not the worst enemy that could get in your way.
You have to take a small detachment of Allies and oppose the cult of the Cult of the Black Sun. Their plan is to plunge the world into darkness and bring chaos to the people. The game provides a unique momentum mechanic: you can kill enemies in chains and deal critical damage to the enemy to gain momentum points.
To defeat Cthulhu, you need to gain the power of light. Action points allow you to make any attack or maneuver. Your units depend on psychology. Having seen the horrors of war, they can go crazy at any moment and lose control over the situation. You can customize your heroes, develop their abilities and modify their weapons.
Upgrade your squad and fight all the enemies on your way, be it the forces of darkness or fascist troops. The atmosphere of the game conveys the mood of World War II through the eyes of the famous writer. The storyline and the world were worked out by the notorious John Houlihan, as closely as possible connecting the campaign with the original board game, based on which the adventure was created.
