Aeronautica Imperialis: Flight Command takes place in the Warhammer 40K universe. This strategy game requires you to lead an Imperial fleet or a squadron of Eirvaah Orcs. The game takes place in the 41st millennium. Battles take place both in the air and with the use of ground equipment. Having led the army of the Empire, you need to pray to Gork and Mork, who grant blessings. Having taken control of the Orcs, raid and rob the imperial bases. The gameplay combines elements of turn-based strategy and RTS.

On each opposing side, heroes are fighting, with their own individual and special abilities, which give advantages during battles. The fighting will take place on a wide variety of maps, represented by dense forests, deserts, craters and many other landscapes.
