18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul is a truck driver simulator. It is the sixth game in the franchise. 18 Wheels of Steel: A man's job offers to explore the highways of cities such as Guaymas, Chihuahua and Monterrey in Mexico, as well as the highways of the United States, including Minneapolis, Atlanta, Albuquerque, etc. Canadian tracks are also presented: Vancouver, Thunder Bay, Montreal and many others.
Gameplay 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul allows you to engage in cargo transportation. You play as a trucker who makes long trips across borders and customs. Earn money to buy new trucks, as well as replace parts of existing vehicles. Completely customize your car by changing the appearance of the cabin or trailers.
Open your company and sign profitable contracts. Hire a staff and manage a whole brigade of truckers. Your wards have an accident or conflict with the police. Contact them by phone and solve problems. Several types of cameras are available: cinematic, third-person or cockpit view.
The game features fictional car brands that are very reminiscent of real-life truck models such as the Ford Trucks CLT9000, Navistar International 8600, Peterbilt 320. The new cars have the following names: Frisk, Intrepid, Metalhorse, Pacific, Kinetic, Volcano, Stormrage and Whiplash.
