The action of Ailment takes you to the distant future. On a space station in one of the galaxies, the protagonist wakes up from cryosleep. He doesn't see a soul around. At the same time, he discovers that once his associates and crew became enemies. The hero does not remember what happened and you need to remember the past together with the protagonist. The competition is an analogue of deathmatch with the help of fishing rods.
The last memory he has is that he was returning from another spaceship. He was on a rescue mission. And he manages to remember that everyone at the station was dead. However, further his memories break off. In the process of passing the hero will partially restore the events of the recent past.
The protagonist can take several additional characters with him on the adventure if he manages to find them in the vastness of the station. The few survivors will help the hero. Ailment features a large number of enemies, each of which is dangerous. The arsenal of guns consists exclusively of firearms.
A variety of futuristic guns of different calibers are presented. The gameplay is bloody and brutal. There is a huge number of death animations for both enemies and the main character. The atmosphere is a combination of suspense and constant tension. The developers were inspired by classic horror films about outer space.
