Alien Breed 2: Assault is an isometric action game in which we will again have to play as engineer Theodore Conrad.
The first part of this game was to the taste of users, even despite the many shortcomings, both scenario and gameplay. Are there any key changes in the second part? The answer is no. In the new part of the game, we once again roam the spaceship and try to bring it into working condition, simultaneously destroying crowds of xenomorphs. We continue to be assisted by Mia, an android who gives out instructions and tells us to fix something, or to find the necessary item or data. The plot ends here, we have nothing new.
Gameplay in Alien Breed 2: Assault has changed little since the first part. We have to roam the decks of the spaceship to activate this or that mechanism, hack the computer and perform other monotonous, repetitive actions throughout the game.
The upgrade system in the game has remained the same, although most of the players have not entered. You can only get an upgrade by buying it in the terminal, there is no hint of an upgrade for experience points. We will be able to get loans by looting the killed crew members, which is not a very exciting activity.
As a result, the game turned out to be gray and unprincipled with the old plot and gameplay. For the entire time of passage you will meet only a few interesting places that you can enjoy. Xenomorphs are practically no danger to our engineer, so fights do not cause fear and tension.
