Alien Shooter TD is a tower defense game set in the universe of the famous franchise of the same name, which until the release of this game was represented by two isometric shooters with RPG elements. Instead of the usual towers, warriors are used, divided into 7 classes according to their purpose and type of weapons. They still do not move around the map, as is usual in this genre.
Units have a number of differences from defensive buildings:
- Their weapons are to be replaced if more powerful firearms are found hidden in special cases given out for defeating alien monsters.
- The weapon does not have an infinite supply of bullets, which is why you need to constantly monitor their number and do not forget to replenish. This can be done both manually and with the help of special supply drones, of which a limited number are available.
- Barrels can be upgraded by dismantling parts that are weaker for farming and the money needed to carry out an upgrade that increases the range of fire, accuracy or damage.
The gamer controls the army of earthlings, mobilized to counter the aliens who have flown into the expanses of their native planet for every person and want the complete enslavement of all creatures. Correctly chosen tactics and a well-built balance of hired fighters will allow you to provide decent resistance and break the enemy bulk during the story campaign. The scale of what is happening is achieved by the engine, which allows bloody corpses not to disappear to display the horrors of war.
