Aliens vs Predator 2: Primal Hunt is an addition to the second part of the Aliens vs Predator series. The game can be called a prequel, as the events unfold before the storyline of the original. The gamer will look at the situation from 3 different angles, playing as a predator, alien and human. In single player mode, each character has 3 levels, so there are 9 missions in total. The stories of different characters are interconnected so that the passage of all kinds of creatures allows you to put the plot together. There is also multiplayer, where the main goal is to destroy the enemy.
The Predator campaign sends the player back to the 19th century by human standards. An ancient hunter seeks to take possession of an artifact that kills Aliens in a large radius of action. In addition, the invisibility animation has changed, which is now indicated by a barely noticeable iridescent tint. A "dart" energy weapon with a high rate of fire has also been added. In a multiplayer game, a character can self-destruct, taking with him a gaping enemy. The gamer will visit 3 stages of development of a xenomorph living within the walls of the base. Facehugger, he will scour the corridors in search of soldiers. The chestbreaker will tear apart the body of the Predator and become the Predalien. In the addon, the alien's tail has become even more deadly, because in addition to damage it gives a slowdown.
The human character is Dunya. Her corporation wants to get the artifact for profit. The girl will land on the surface of an alien planet with aggressive inhabitants: chameleons and underground worms. To get to the cherished treasure, you still need to survive the fights with Aliens and Predators. To increase survival, the developers have replenished the arsenal of people by adding turrets and stationary machine guns.
