Anno 1800 is a real-time city-building and economic simulation game with strategy elements. The seventh game in the Anno series is set in the 19th century, the century of the industrial revolution, rapidly advancing industrialization and discoveries that could change the world of science and technology.
The classic Anno gameplay includes both solving complex logistical problems, constantly balancing the consumption of strategically important resources and the costs of developing your own production centers. The possibilities for the player are almost limitless: superiority over competitors can be earned both through the equipment of expeditions and the exploration of new territories (and their subsequent colonization), as well as through success on the diplomatic front or military victories.
In addition to expansion, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of their own settlements. Providing residents with the necessary goods, building infrastructure and building special buildings can increase the productivity of production chains, which means it provides leadership in the international arena. The gamer has three game modes to choose from: a classic story campaign, a sandbox with many settings (starting from the map and ending with the choice of the enemy and the level of his AI) and a network session where it is possible to fight with friends.
