007 Legends was developed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the James Bond spy franchise. The events of the game will cover five films played by different actors. The plot starts by repeating scene 007: Skyfall coordinates in Istanbul. At this time, the hero recalls many previous adventures. The gameplay is based on first-person action with stealth elements.
In 007 Legends, the developers have tried to improve the segments with quiet penetration by improving the artificial intelligence of opponents. Now they can see and hear better. With a quiet and secretive passage, three types of gadgets are available: a smartphone that allows you to crack electronic locks, sleep darts with various parameters, and a wristwatch that can turn off security cameras. Each mission has a section with a car or additional tasks. They are represented by such tasks as the elimination of the target, covert passage or defense of the point. Bond has melee skills that can also be upgraded. The hero will visit the Swiss Alps, Miami, the lands of Iceland and Brazil.
The main goal of the tasks is to get to and destroy the criminal, while simultaneously fighting off a crowd of enemies. Bond receives points for successfully completing tasks, which he can use to improve gadgets or physical abilities. The locations are scattered with biographical files telling about the franchise and various bonus cases. Single contains three levels of difficulty. There is a choice between classic and modern type of gameplay. The classic style includes medkits and armor, while the "new type" is represented by automatic health regeneration.
