Avadon 3: The Warborn is the final part of the trilogy. The local history is independent, and to understand it, you don’t have to get acquainted with the original and the sequel first. However, those who understand the first two games will be able to realize the epic nature of the events taking place here. This time, monsters and barbarians invaded the lands, and the protagonist and his colleagues were forced out of the Black Fortress.
Avadon 3: The Warborn takes place in a fantasy world where 5 kingdoms coexist. Avadon is trying to keep order. Employees of this organization act simultaneously as judges and executioners. They can be attributed to both spies and fighters. In all three indie projects, the main characters worked for this political and military force. This RPG has a non-linear story with not so many unambiguously good or bad characters. Periodically, the protagonist is forced to make moral choices and face the consequences of his decisions.
The player's party is made up of three people. Each member of the team must be personally pumped. There are 5 classes available: traditional warrior, thief and magician, druid, as well as tinkermage - a specialist who can place turrets. You can communicate with NPCs by choosing lines during dialogues, complete main and side quests, buy and search for powerful equipment. Partners of the main character also issue tasks. For their implementation, the user receives more information about the fighters themselves and valuable loot. The fights are the same turn-based. Mana is now restored after a fight. For fans of hardcore, a complicated mode has appeared, where the participants in the duel can hit their allies with their attacks. The difficulty level can be changed at any time.
