Barbearian is a bone-crushing diabloid with some unique traits.
We are given control of a real bear-barbarian, armed initially with a massive axe. From his familiar world, for some unknown reason, he falls into a portal and finds himself in the otherworldly universe. There he will have to figure out what is happening and survive in this harsh world.
The game has a huge number of levels - more than 100. In addition to shredding entire legions of enemies, we have the opportunity to create our own army and lead it into battle. Our allies are controlled indirectly, that is, we cannot rigidly tell them what to do. The soldiers follow us and shoot at the opponents themselves.
Another atypical feature for a diabloid is the presence of total destructible levels. Using the most powerful weapons of mass destruction, you can destroy almost all objects on the map. We add to this the branched pumping system and tons of loot, which is standard for games of this genre.
There are a lot of the latter here. A bunch of items of varying rarity and the ability to upgrade all your equipment to infinity allow you to drag the player for many hours. The game flaunts a bright juicy picture with minimalistic but neatly made models, and the presence of absurd humor that dilutes the gameplay.
