Battle Engine Aquila takes place in the distant future, where, of course, there is a war between Forseti and Muspell. The main character was a certain Hawk, who lived a quiet life, but with the onset of enemies, he was forced to become one of the pilots of an experimental fighter, and now the gamer must help deal with enemies by participating in air battles.
The Akilla war machine is a kind of simulator, since throughout the game the user needs to observe military operations from the cockpit. The unit that you have to manage looks like a huge mechanism with metal paws, outwardly it resembles a robotic spider. Almost all battles will take place in the air, so a huge world will open before you, with majestic forests, a raging ocean, rolling plains and sharp mountains.
In addition to airspace, the character also fights on land in the form of a tank. With one click of the mouse, the mechanism can “fly up” above the ground and launch an attack from the air. The missions in the game are varied, often you need to capture enemy territories and defend your own island. Since this is a real war under the sun, the character will not fight alone, but with a whole squad of allies.
The mechanism has its own supply of energy and health. The first resumes on its own when the participant does not perform any action. Energy is wasted quickly, both for normal flight and for shooting, so sometimes you need to return to the island and restore strength. With the first-aid kit it is a little more difficult, for this you need to fly up to the rear to a special robot and replenish supplies.
