A Day in the Woods is a colorful strategy game in which you have to survive in the woods. This is a kind of interpretation of the fairy tale about Little Red Riding Hood. You have to go through 60 unique stages, moving through the hexagonal tiles. A feature of the gameplay is that the complexity of the game increases with each stage.
Try to make as few moves as possible, but more effective ones. Hostile beasts and obstacles appear on your way. The forest hides many dangers, so getting to the grandmother is not so easy. You should especially be afraid of the Gray Wolf. You have to decide how to pass this or that level for a limited number of moves. Little Miss Red needs to get to Grandma's house in order to successfully complete the level.
Make friends with rabbits and a lumberjack. They are able to protect you. Gather flowers and berries. Each of the stages of A Day in the Woods offers inventive and interesting challenges. Difficulty can only be increased. Try reducing the number of moves to challenge yourself.
The heroine has a basket of pastries that she needs to deliver. As you earn rating stars, you unlock new levels. Some customization elements are available, including wings, some cosmetic items, etc. The game has a very unusual art style, which seems to be made using wood carvings.
