Battlefield 4 is a first-person shooter developed by DICE and published by Electronic Arts.
The events of the game take place in our time in 2020. The player takes on the role of Sergeant Daniel Reker, who is a member of the Gravedigger Intelligence Squad, on a special operation in Baku in order to obtain important information from a Russian general in hiding. But the operation is not going quite smoothly, and he and his detachment will have to return to the Osa-class aircraft carrier Valkyrie. The information received says that the Chinese admiral Chang Wei intends to stage a coup with the support of Russian troops. The plot is non-linear. The player expects three different outcomes of the story.
Depending on the mission, various heroes will act as protagonists: William Dunn, Clayton Pakowski, Kimble Graves, Hanna Shui and some others.
Battlefield 4 includes many new features:
- improved VoIP in the game;
- browser mode, where you can watch the event from the eyes of other heroes; updated BattleLog;
- the Levolution function, which allows you to interact with the landscape in real time;
- three playable factions in multiplayer: USA, Russia and China;
- the ability to play for a female character;
- 33 different cards from 16 to 64 players.
The game is striking in scale, including 10 different maps, including battles on the fields “Operation Locker” and “Golmud Road”. Contains two new modes: "Defuse" and "Destruction". The classic modes “Capture” and “Team Deathmatch” have been slightly changed.
Control vehicles by jumping into fighter jets and chasing enemy tanks, and take advantage by using anti-aircraft guns or supporting combat boats. The game takes intense battles from the coastline to the dramatic battles of the sea.
