The player takes part in the battles of Pearl Harbor up to Midway Atoll in real time. You have at your disposal a whole fleet of ships, a huge air base, which you command in real time. Every plane, every ship or submarine - you control everything you can. Battlestations : Midway is a third-person shooter, action and strategy game in which the player takes part in the battles after World War II, making decisions that will affect historical events.
The single player campaign includes 11 large-scale campaigns in which you are given a certain number of ships and aircraft to control, and you realize their potential by destroying opponents. Each completed level gives you new battle points, for which you hire military equipment before the next campaign. Also, 12 bonus levels are available for a single passage.
In multiplayer mode, players will have to fight each other in the water, in the air and under water. Controlled vehicles will be both Japanese and American, depending on the choice of the side. The number of units for both players is the same.
Large-scale battles not only beautifully and realistically reflect the military reality of that time, but also the weather around, natural effects and the general military plan.
